VN Real Estate Target of Singaporean Investors

The meeting between Singaporean and Vietnamese partners is scheduled for March 9 in HCM City. The group of Singaporean real estate firms will be led by the chairman of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chua Thian Poh. Many real estate companies in HCM City have said that thanks to the government’s new policies on real estate, foreign investors will participate in the Vietnamese real estate market more seriously. Some of them have decided to seek business opportunities in this field in Vietnam, such as Vina Capital and Indochine Capital, a subsidiary of Indochine de Land. General Director of CBRE Vietnam (a real estate management company) Marc Townsend also said that many foreign real estate investment funds are surveying the Vietnamese real estate market.
