Palm Jumeirah to expand with a residential real estate project, at least that' what Zabeel investments disclosed its plans, its first project and a very significant move in Dubai real estate which will comprise residential buildings and Anantara resorts, the Tiara Residence project.
The project will have a residential complex with a special entrance outside the main trunk of the Palm Jumeirah project. It will also include a car-park which can accommodate 1,300 cars. Seven 15-storeyed buildings are being planned along with an upper floor, the project will be ready for occupation in December 2007.
The residential project will include 238 one bedroom apartments, 210 two bedroom apartments and 182 three bedroom apartments in addition to 14 upper rooms.
The Anantara Resort in the Palm Jumeirah island comprises 244 rooms with complementary 132 furnished and serviced apartments.
The buildings will have one bedroom, two bedrooms and three bedrooms in an area ranging between 1,200 square meters and 2,250 square meters.
