The real estate prices in New York City, is metaphorically described as the sun, they say it rises daily. There have been a huge number of middle men and women who make their living through real estate marketing.

Manhattan alone posts 12,000 to 15,000 real estate brokers and agents. Michael Shvo also a real estate agent, whom described as the real estate assassin by many.

In downtown Manhattan, sources found Shvo working hi latest kill, it is a 35-story building, it was formerly owned by
Chase Bank. The building has 410 separate apartments, offices and corridors, that building is again gunned down by the real estate assassin himself.

Shvo has moved from simple brokering after he posted the highest number of residential sales in New York, over 350 properties collectively worth over $1 billion, that was back in 2003. Now Shvo plays as a Creative Director for entire buildings.

On the Ground floor, Shvo has created a unique environment, it persuade a potential buyer to buy property, the marketing hall was turned into a museum like exhibit that can be toured by Brokers and Agents all over Manhattan.

He really changed the mood of real estate marketing in Manhattan with his own unique creativity. He had created probably the most expensive marketing office and the good thing is its wrking.
