A WEEK later and the team members from Ray White Wodonga are still celebrating their extraordinary success at the Ray White annual awards for Victoria and Tasmania.

The office scooped award after award, a feat which prompted office business manager Mrs Dawn George to liken the event to the recent Academy Awards.

“At the Academy Awards Lord of the Rings scooped just about everything and at the end of last Saturday night we felt we had just experienced our own version of the Oscars,” Mrs George said.

“A total of 30 awards were present on the night and our office was a contender for 13, and of those we won six,” she said.

The awards were held at Crown Palladium and featured representatives from 89 Ray White offices throughout Victoria and Tasmania.

By nights end Ray White Wodonga and its staff had taken out:

l Number one office in country Victoria (from a pool of 16).

l Top salesperson in country Victoria for 2003 - Wayne Dixon.

l Excellence in sales under two years, Victoria-Tasmania - Wayne Dixon.

l Excellence in property management, Victoria-Tasmania - Fran Wernert.

l Number two for exclusive listings sold in Victoria-Tasmania in 2003.

l Number five for combined listings sold in both States.

To cap off an amazing night, sales consultant Ms Narelle Robinson received the Alan White Club 2003 trophy for sales, listings and value during the year.

Ray White Wodonga principal Mr Greg Jennings said the business opened just over three years ago.

“We have taken our time and it is gratifying the market has identified well with our business,” Mr Jennings said.
